Thank you for shopping with us. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and reliably as possible. Because logistics infrastructure can vary by region in Kenya, we use a personalized approach to ensure you get the fairest shipping rate available.

Note: we only ship within Kenya.

1. Transparent Shipping Rates

Due to current logistical and addressing limitations within the evolving logistics infrastructure in the country, shipping fees cannot always be predetermined with absolute accuracy at checkout.

At checkout, shipping is displayed as a flat rate approximation of KES 300.
Important: This is an approximation. The final cost may be lower or slightly higher depending on your specific neighbourhood or town.

Estimated Shipping Costs
To help you plan, here are our typical rate approximations:

  • Within Nairobi:
    KES 100 – KES 150 (Rider delivery)
  • Nairobi Outskirts:
    KES 200 – KES 400 (Rider delivery)
  • Upcountry Deliveries:
    KES 200 – KES 600 (Courier services)

How Actual Shipping Cost to be Paid is Determined and Confirmed to you

Before any payment or order processing:

  • we will reach out to you via preferred channel (WhatsApp or Email) which you can choose on the checkout page.
  • Once we know where specifically the delivery is to be made then we will communicate back the actual shipping fee to be paid.

No payment commitment is required until the shipping cost is confirmed.

2. Order Processing & Timelines

We work efficiently to get your items ready for dispatch.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 3:00 PM (EAT). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.
  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days. (time taken to prepare your order for delivery)
  • Transit Time: 1–4 business days depending on your location and the carrier used. (time taken for the carrier to deliver the order to you)

3. Carrier Options

We partner with a variety of trusted carriers to reach every corner of Kenya.

Nairobi & Environs: We use dedicated riders for door-to-door delivery.

Upcountry: We ship via reputable couriers including Fargo Courier, G4S, Dreamline, 2NK, Guardian, and North Rift.

Your Choice: If you have a preferred courier or a specific Sacco shuttle you trust, please let us know during our confirmation chat. We are happy to accommodate your preferences.

4. Order Confirmation

Your order is only finalized once we have spoken with you to confirm the location and the final delivery fee. This ensures that the logistics are accurate and that you are 100% comfortable with the total cost before the package leaves our shop.

5. Payments

Once you are satisfied with the total cost including the confirmed shipping fee. Orders outside of Nairobi CBD are required to be paid in full via our M-Pesa number 0796642215 before any order processing can start.
